The Assessment Center or Independent Assessment Center is the most accurate multi-level method for assessing key managerial competencies, competencies, and analytical and communication skills of participants, analyzed on the basis of real business situations.
How is it going
During the assessment, the solution of analytical and communicative tasks, business cases, cases of organization, decision-making, and role-playing games are performed.
Micro-group (2-3 people) and macro-group (up to 15 people) ↓
the format of the discussion and business games, during which participants solve business cases in writing, then present their decisions and eventually discuss them with the whole group.
- 1. Report as a percentage of assessed competencies based on completed tasks.
- 2. Assessment of the level of motivation and involvement of the team in the workflow.
- 3. Assessment of management style or performance of functional duties by the candidate.
